All-Levels w/Alexis Penney - Hatha yoga is often defined as “will” or life “force” energy we access through breath & postures used to creatively harness it. this class focuses on essential yoga postures, alignment, breath work, and technique.
All supplies is provided. Bring your own mat if you desire to.
