A dynamic workout ! A combination of mat Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, cardiovascular fitness, joint mobility, and free weights. Practiced in mild heat and humidity to give it a bit more spice. All movements easily modified to all levels. Come ready to work!!
Yoga, mat, a towel, and a water bottle. No shoes are required for this work out.
